I am unable to logon to my Windows 2000 Pc. I forgot the
Administrator password and I cannot get to authenticate
the system.

How do I get past this screen to change my password?

Thanks

Sandy

There are programs out there which could help in password recovery. Try a
search in search engine. I personally have a CD which boot into linux and
allow password change by editing the registry using it.

Sandy i am experincing the same problem with an older
laptop running Windows 2K Pro, if you resolve this problem
please let me know. Thanks

Hello,

If you have forgotten the Administrator password, unfortunately there is no
other way to get into the system except performing a clean install or a
parallel install
of the operating system.
