Windows 2000 boots disks wont work

I just formated my c drive i had windows 98 and i am
trying to install windows 2000 pro it says i dont have
the system32/ntoskrnl.exe file and the boot disks wont
work without it can anyone help????????????

win 2000 cd is bootable... are you getting the errors with the cd in? just
make sure you have generic cd drivers to see your drive and it should boot.
