Need help

Could someone help me on the following problem.
Windows 2000 advance server could not start because the
following file is missing or currupt. <windows 2000 root
\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
Please re-install a copy ot the above file.
I tried creating a boot disk to run but this could not
work. Could soneone tells me what to do.

This issue has many causes. I would recommend trying to boot up with a
boot disk first:
