Can anyone walk me through what I should do with the following I/O error?
Thanks in advance for your help!!!!

Windows 2000 could not start beause the following file is missing or
corrupt: <windows 2000 root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe. Please re-install a copy
of the above file
