Windows 2000, 95/98 mode???

Is there anyway to get a Windows 98 program, in my instance a couple of
games to run under Windows 2000?

I know XP allows you to do it with it's 'compatible' modes. Can I either
stop the program from detecting my OS, or get Windows 2000 to allow it to
run?

Thanks

Windows 2000 also has these compatibility modes. If they do not appear in
the properties of the program on your computer, take a look at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;279792 to activate
them.

Unfortunately, using these compatibility modes does not necessarily mean
that they produce the expected effect on a program. It depends on how a
program does its version checking, however you should give it a try.
