I currently have Windows 98Se on my computer and I have a
Windows 200 Pro disk that I want to install. I would like
to know if anyone can help me to figure out how I can keep
the windows 98se on my computer and install the windows
2000 pro and have the option of choosing whichever one I
want to use at startup? Thank you.

Just go ahead and install Windows 2000, don't upgrade. It will recognize
that you have an existing Windows installation on your hard disk and
automatically provide a boot menu for you to choose which O/S you wish to
boot.
