Window XP style missing after running FAST wizard

After running the FAST wizard to migrate to a new system (both old and new
are running XP sp2) my Appearance setting changed to Windows Classic style
and Windows XP style is no longer available as an option. The old computer
was using Windows XP style.

Thankyou for your post. I was able to restore the Luna theme by following
one of the links on the referenced thread.
