Windows XP style missing

I've loaded a new acedemic version of XP Pro and there is only Windows
classic style in the Appearance tab of Display Properties. No Windows XP
style. Where did it go?

I've tried the following solutions, which I found by Googling:

Using the Windows XP theme
Restarted the Themes service
Made sure that My Computer>Properties>Advanced>Performance>Settings>Use
visual styles on windows and buttons is checked

It is missing on all computer accounts.
