Themes won't reload

Hello
Im using Style xp.. I choose a theme or visual style, in style xp, everthing
is fine until I reboot. When I reboot, it always reboots in windows classic
not in xp style, I have to reopen style xp and reload the theme or visual
style I had previously choosen. I was using tuneup utilities too.. Had the
same problem with that.
This problem just started up for some unknown reason. Used these two
programs for months without a problem.
Can someone please point me in the right direction to fix this annoying
problem.
Im using xp pro with sp2.

Start > Run > Services.msc > scroll Down For "Themes" Service ...

Make Sure it is "Running" and the Startup type is "Automatic
