Theme services cannot start

Hi All,

First of all, I am using Windows XP Professional. I have this problem with
my Theme services.

I have the problem where my windows and buttons will only show the classic
theme style instead of Windows XP. I have tried restoring using kelly's theme
restore and all that but it is still the same.

Have went to try and restart the theme service at services.msc but when I
stop it, it just stays there trying to stop it and all the buttons in the
theme services will be greyed out. (The themes will start when the computer
loads though)

Does anyone have any idea how I can rectify this?

You'll have to extract the contents of the file to the following location:

C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes

Here is the list of files/folder that need to be present, in order to the themes to work correctly.
