Theme Service will not start

I cannot get my theme service to start. I get the following error:
"Could not start theme service on local machine, system cannot find the path
specified" error 3.

Can anyone please help me with this. I have gone to the administration and
tried to start theme service but this is the error I get everytime I click
start.

That helped with a new problem after I downloaded another Windows XP theme
from that site. I then got the them to work but it kept going back to classic
mode when I rebooted. I tried the fix for that and low and behold it works
now. Not 100% sure what all fixed it but it's good now. Thanks so much for
the help.
