Window XP Problems

I keep getting this windows file protection and it say I am missing some
files for my windows xp.How can I find out what ones I am missing?How can I
get them back since I dont have a disk??
 
Put your Windows XP cd in the drive, click on start, run,
type in SFC /SCANNOW
