Does anyone know how to open Internet Explorer in the
full size of the window instead of a small window on the
desktop?

[Norm]

Use your mouse to stretch the window to what ever size you want, then click
File and then Close. Now that shortcut to IE will open to the size you
stretched it to. This works for OE, IE and Windows Explorer.
