window size from properties 'open in new window'

Open from menu creates maximized window.
Open from properties menu (right click on link) creates
smaller window.
Task bar is on left of screen.
Smaller open acts as if task bar on bottom of screen.
All service packs and updates applied to IE.

Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
