Window Scroll in Outlook 2007

I'm used to move mouse around with scroll function of track pad or
track-ball point in my IBM ThinkPad. It did not work properly in Outlook
2007 when mouse pointer was at message window or Mail Folders pane on the
left. However, I could scroll with scroll wheel of an external mouse. Does
anybody get a clue to fix it?

check your pointer configuration - that is what controls whether or not you
can scroll. Does the mouse use intellipoint drivers?

I had intellipoint mouse driver for Microsoft wireless mouse, but I've just
uninstalled it. Unfortunately, the situation still exists. Do you have any
clue? Thanks.
