Window mail hangs on one account.

I have 4 email accounts with the same provider (Charter). Three of the
accounts send and receive email. One account connects but then hangs and
does not receive the messages. This account has work for several years, this
is a new problem. I can access and receive the emails using another
computer. Based upon this Charter says it is a Windows mail problem. Any
suggestions on a repair?

Please post the error message in its entirety. You can left click on it to
highlight and then right click to copy and then paste it into this thread.
