Wind. xp activation

It appears that there's some problem in programme
msoobe.exe in my computer , it couldn't be run by any
means wheather from run or from the system 32 folder in
windows.. now I have problem of how to activate my
windows XP..please help.

Go to Start->Run and enter : oobe/msoobe /a

Try the following two commands:

Start - Run - regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll (press Enter)

Start - Run - regsvr32.exe licdll.dll (press Enter)

Then try activation again. If it fails, boot to safe mode, repeat the above
commands and try running activation from there. Boot the system, start
tapping F8, when the menu appears, select Safe Mode and press enter.
