WinColorSetup

Hi,
I downloaded and ran WinColorSetup which installed the program in my XP
control panel under "Color" but the program will not run. I did see somewhere
on the MS site some instructions for altering a Registry key which solves the
problem I've got.
I've searched the site but cannot find the instrucions, anyone help??
