win98se reinstallation in dual boot 98/xp system.

I have a dual booting system with windows98se on c drive
and windows xp on e drive. My xp works fine but when i
boot into 98 it gives an error and asks me to reinstall
windows 98. I want to reinstall windows 98 without
damaging or reinstalling windows xp again. Please help me
how can i reinstall only windows 98se without making any
changes to windows xp on another drive.
