***Win32k.sys Address

First it could be your Mouse, Keyboard layout, or a multi-users having
multi-clipboard running in the background, also it could be an infection if
you sure the machine clean then Eliminate this option from further
troubleshooting.
Go through these links and hopefully you will find the answer:
"Stop 0x0000008E" error message in Win32k.sys when you use the keyboard to
access a program menu in Windows XP

Stop 0x0000001E in Win32k.sys When Using Animated Mouse Pointers

Backdoor.NTHack virus
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/294728
An Error Message May Be Displayed When a Xircom Rex 6000 with a USB Cradle
Is Used

Note: this doesn't mean your local Tech are at fault as they better than us
to see the machine behaviour and performance on real ground, they could be
spot on or may be not!.
HTH.

Adding to the above try to start your computer in Clean Boot by opening the
Run Command and tyep in:
msconfig click [OK]
On the system Configuration Window click on StartUp Tab and uncheck the
unnecessary Programs.
On how to perform clean Boot read this:
