Win32 Error Installing Game

I purchased a game from gamehouse.com. I've tried downloading it and I keep
getting a message saying it is not a valid win32 application. I cleared out
my temporary internet files and downloaded all the updates that were
recommended, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone have any idea what the
problem is or how to solve it?

Did you contact gamehouse.com? What game are you trying to install? Does
the website state that it is XP compatible? Have you tried another download
in case the file was corrupted or incomplete?

Sorry. Forgot you asked for the name of the game. It is Diner Dash Hometown
Hero.

I did contact gamehouse.com and they suggested deleting the temporary
internet files and downloading ms/windows updates. I did that and it didn't
help. The game is XP compatible. I have installed other trial versions of
different games. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I've tried 3 or
4 times to download the game I purchased from their website and from a cd I
purchased that was supposed to have the game on it. Nothing works.
