Win2K SP4 -Error 0x80010005

Application failed to initialize: 0x80010005
is the only thing I can see when trying to startd WD (install seemed ok).
Message Filtering in MFC I guess, but what should I do?
 
Exactly I got the same error. I hope, we'll read soon replies about the
solution.
