Win2k Setup failure

Received a TRAQP 00000006. Support.microsoft.com stated that this is a bad
NTLDR file. Insert WIN2K CD and run setup. I did this and the setup selection
screen never appears. It has run through all the processing messages
displayed on the bottom of the screen but it never gets to the selection
screen.
