WIN2K rebooting

Hi I have a windows 2000 server on a DL380 server. When
the server has a high volume of date running via the
network the server reboots for some reason.

I check the event log and find the following error.

"compaq nic agent connectivity has lost for NIC in slot 0
port"

Can you please help.

Replace the NIC and try again
