Server ReBoots

I have a windows 2000 Server with 2 nics that connect to
two seperate NT4 Domains and networks. The windows 2000
server is a Domain Host and has the other 2 networks in
the trusted Domain list. Everything works well, but the
sever keeps rebooting with "Bug Check" in the event log.
I have tried 3 completely different computers and Windows
NT4 and now 2K Server, but it keep happening.
Has anybody any idea why my server re-boots itself?
Please help as I am really confused.
