Win2K problem

When I start the system Normally, I am able to login to the
system, but immediately after the login it gives a message
"Windows is shutting down" and the OS shuts down. I'm able
to make the system come up using the "Safe Mode" and "Safe
Mode with Network support" options without any problem. Can
anyone give a support for this problem.
