WIN2K printing problem jobs are not automaticly removed from queue

Hi,

I've the following problem.

I print a document or something. It will printed but it stay in queue
with state printed.

The checkbox for keep printed documents is cleared. But nothing
helped.

What can i do??

go into your printer setting and remove the enable
bidirectionnal support....this will resolve the problem


Ive got the same problem with hp printer....
and it will remove the problem for label printer that make
the spooler stop for nothing
