Win2k hanging at loading personal settings

4 days into this......Hello all! Well I cant get access to my computer through windows it hangs at "loading personal settings(even in safe mode) and I don't have access through dos command prompt(thanks to the jerks who wrote this program).I have downloaded Msdos and attempting to break into my computer with no success.......I need help logging on to another user(password in auto).or help bridging outside MSDOS program to the hard drive.Basicly I want my computer to let me in!!!!Thank you for your help!
