Win2k DC VPN out doesn't work

Hi,

I have a Win2k DC which is the master of few WinXP and Win98. We need to
connect to a remote site using a VPN connection. The server is connected to
an Internet Cable HS router. All clients can connect to the VPN remote
connection but the DC! Thes DC is running DHCP, WINS, DNS and RRAS is not
configured. What is different on this server that make the VPN connection
not to work? We got the first login windows but ending up with a IE blank
page.

Thanks in davance.
