Win2K booting

I have a picture that loads each time I boot my pc and
shut it down. How can I get the picture out of the boot
sequence?

Open the registry editor (Regedt32.exe) and check the following path for the
file name\picture you are seeing at logon and shutdown.
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
Wallpaper REG_SZ Path to FIle
Double click the wallpaper and clear it out.
Reboot
