Win2003 TermServer Client License

license could not be upgraded or renewed"

W2003 Server

I have five client licenese and have activated the license server but none
of the licenses have been issued even though temporary licenses are expiring
and users are being locked out.

Make sure the usr's computer has the correct permissions
on the MSLicensing registry key...
