I'm getting the Following Error when my Clients try to log into the Terminal
Server.

Your terminal service temporary client license will expire in X days. Please
contact your system administrator to get a permanent license.

Bit of background info: Win2003 Server, Application Mode, LS setup, 7 TS
CALs/User

After looking into the Terminal Server License Server, it turns out that we
had not installed the Licenses. Okay so we install the 7 TS /User CALs.
The Clients are still getting the Message. So what needs to be done now
that the Licenses are on the server?

Thanks,

Scott<-

Is the Terminal Server (not the Licensing Server!) set to use "Per
User" licensing? The default is "Per Device".
You can check this from Administrative Tools - Terminal Services
Configuration - Server Settings
If it's set to Per Device mode, it will look for a Device TS CAL
and will not issue your Per User TS CALs.

Check this article, it explains that even after you have
switched licensing mode on the TS, your Per User TS CAL count will
not be decremented:
