Win2003 Fax Server

First, aren't there any Win2003 server newsgroups? I can't find them if
there are.

Second, can anyone point me to some web resource pages for the win2003
server fax services? I'm trying to dicover the API calls that are
available; VB examples of usage; if the fax service is robust enough for
my meager needs. Has to be a shared fax service, has to have some sort
of central reporting for faxes sent/unsent, etc.

Thanks

Thanks. Those are for win2003 server right?

Also, why aren't there any win2003 server newsgroups? Seems strange that
I have to post such questions in a win2000 newsgroup.
