win2000 advance server upgrade from sp1 to sp4

Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade win2000 advance server from sp1 to
sp4. I downloaded the sp4, about 135mb, from Microsoft
websit. When I run the sp, it only runs for around 10
seconds, and then the process is finished, the
installation window just gets disappeared.

The file system is FAT32. is it file system making the
trouble?

Please help asap.

Shouldn't be an issue. Make sure all AV is disabled. Also try installing the
SP in safe mode.
