Win XP users and profiles

I created multiple users on my PC and setup their internet access and
programs as administrator. When I change their profiles to restricted, they
lose access to the internet.
The radio button changes from "always dial my default connection" to "never
dial a connection"

I dont know what is going on, it used to work but now it wont??

Any ideas!
 
In Network Connections folder, rightclick the connectoid icon, Properties,
and check the box to share the connection
