Win XP SP2 Disk restore

J

Jimmy

I have Windows XP Home with SP2 installed from a Disk. All is updated to current settings.
If I have a major problem when I need to do an OS recovery, I found out that I can't

The old XP Disk reads as a previous version and will not allow me to install. The SP2 disk does not seem
to have the option to reinstall.

So I basically have no OS disk.

What can I do to reset my system without using restore point?

Sounds like you may have to Slipstream your XP CD.
