Win XP SP-2 Issue

Hi,

I use Word 2K2 SP-3 as e-mail editor for Outlook 2K2 SP-
3. After installing XP SP-2, when I attempt to insert
sound or scrolling text, I get an error message from
Word: This object was created in MARQUEE.This application
is not available to open this object...Click OK. When I
uninstall XP SP-2, the issue is resolved. Any ideas?
