Is WIN XP Pro and or WIN XP Pro x64 Compatible with dual processor and dual
video mother boards?

In Short XP64 will work with most new Dual MOBO's. You must have the right
CPU's (Xeon EM64) or(AMD64). I run my Video Editing using such a system and
find that Premiere Pro works much better with Xeons than my old AMD X2.
