Win XP Home Shuts down.

I purchased Windows XP upgrade. Later I changed computers.
Now The computer constantly restarts, if I disable
automatic restart, I get the blue screen. Sometimes it is
2 minutes after rebooting and sometimes it will let me
work for 30-45 minutes before it crashes again.

When I check Microsoft's website there is no information
on why it crashed.

When I let Windows send the error report to Microsoft,
Microsoft can only tell me that the crash was caused by a
driver. No driver given.

I really want to get this resolved. !

I have the drwatson.log file if that can help anyone.
I really want to get this fixed.

I also "Upgraded" and my problems seemed to increase every day.
Until, I reformatted and reinstalled XP. I hate to say it, but the OS
works fine now. Is this an option for you?
