128 DDR RAM

And I Have This Problems. When I Try To Open System
Restore, I Get White Page.
Windows Update Is Not Working Also...
And Scan Disc Also Not Working...
Safe Mode Also Is Not Working, When I Press F8.

I'm sorry, but this is not enough information for you to get a specific
answer. What does a scan with a current antivirus program (meaning a
version not later than 2002 and using updated virus definitions) show?
