Win XP Freezes When I Log Out

I have Win XP Pro. I am using 4 user accounts. I rarely
have trouble with my account (administrator). But others
(also admin) upon log out the system goes into hard
freeze. I have to do a cold boot. Any help out there?

Open my computer, right click on C drive select properties, select tools tab click Error-checking, select both boxes, restart.
