System32 Folder Automatically Starts 2 Log In

I have set up Win XP PRO at home. I have 5 accounts so
each family member can log in separately. When I log in
(I am administrator) the System32 Folder
[c:\windows\system32] Automatically Starts. I hvae 2
other administrators on the system and neither one have
the same problem. In fact, non of the other accounts
have this problem. For the life of me, I can not find
out how this is being launched.
