Win Explorer crashes on right click

Has anyone got any ideas on how to resolve an issue with
Win XP Pro, where Explorer (not IE) crashes, then
restarts when you right click on a file, or CTRL-C/X.

This only seems to be an issue in an account which was
added after the initial build.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Right-click My Computer and select Manage. Go to the Event Viewer, select
Application, and look for the red "x" Errors. One of them will say Source=
Application Error, Event=1001. Double-click it and the dialog box will say
"Fault bucket 12345678". I can take that number and look up your crash in
our crash database to see what happened.
