win explorer 7

i just recenyly got my cpu and just last week auto updates installed win
explorer 7
now when im on the net from 1 to 4 min an error debug,send or dont send
appears then my cpu goes back to my desktop i contacted my net supplier bt
broadband who told me to contact microsoft asap and have it removed as ive
tried myself but no luck
also now when my cpu boots up i get 2 choices win xp pro or win xp recovery
console what is going on ? ive checked other sites on win net explorer and
they have nothing good to say about any of the editions can any 1 help with
this please

After uninstalling IE 7, you should be back at your previous version of IE.

cheers anyway but i had to have a full system format done 4 me with my m8 who
works with pc services
