Win 2K shutdown message

I am getting a message stating I must wait
until "Fhgeloip.exe" is still running on shut down.
Sometimes it will close out, sometimes I have to manually
force shutdown. ANY help will be appreciated.

A quick scout on Google revealed nothing about this file, which fills me
with suspicion as you can usually find something!

Do a file search for the file on your PC and see where it lives. This is
about as much as I can help you at the moment without knowing what you find!
