I have Win 2000 Pro installed on a Compaq 7588 with a Pentium 3 processor.
All had been going well. After moving the computer to my new place, it now
is really slow to start up. Is this just a coincidence? I did install a
new US Robotics modem a couple of weeks ago, but have not had any issues
related to the installation. I am plugged into an APS.
In the process of moving, I misplaced my manual, CD etc. Can I download
boot disks? I was able to for Win XP.
