win 2000 keeps rebooting

boots up with win 2000 but it never finished updating
information. i upgraded the system from win 98 but it
never finished setup and now it reboots. how can i stop it
and start from scratch.

I have had this same experience. I had to reload win98 from the CD, then do
an upgrade again.
