Will print config pages but not from computer

HI,

I have a networked Xerox 6200 which has been doing fine until now.

I bought a new transfer roller and after about 5 weeks of a few prints here and
got the message Dusty Density Sensor. Following instructs, I cleaned it and
any excess toner around but I still get that message. Actually it was clean to
start with.

I then inserted the previous transfer roller which I had replaced and it worked
for quite a few prints.

Now the Dusty Density one still says the same but the one that worked now has
stopped, or rather the printer won't print from the computer.

It will print out menus, configs etc etc looking great but won't do anything
from the computer.

The light flashes orange when I am in print mode as it says 'ready to print'
but green in the Print Menus, configs etc when it actually does print.

The consumable print out shows everything full and okay,, Fuser 55% - Imaging
unit 10% Transfer OK all toners full.

The computer program shows the same info and that all is fine except the
imaging unit is close 10% from ending its life.

The IP# is correct on the printer and the computer where it is needed.

Is there any way I can test..

The transfer rollers ?
The signal from the computer to the printer

Or is there anything else I can do here?

Try different cable? Tried off-line test page?
