Will Outlook prompt to select a profile?

Several people in my household use Outlook, on the same computer, as our
desktop for our Dell PDA's. The problem is we have to close Outlook and
restart it with the appropriate profile between each sync operation. If we
forget to do that our schedules get combined, which is a pain to clean up.
Is there a way to make Outlook ask for a profile at the beginning of a sync
operation, without closing and re-opening it? Thanks,

Outlook will only ask for a profile if it's not open. If you enable the
option to ask in Control Panel>Mail, and Outlook is not running, when you
start your sync, you should be prompted for the profile. If Outlook is
running, then a profile is already active and you won't be prompted, since
only one profile can be opened at any one time.
