Will not powersave

My PC has stopped powering down the monitor after 20 minutes as set in the
Power Schemes. I'm not aware of having changed anything. I've used System
Restore to go back to when I think it worked, but that didn't help. I have
Windows XP Home with all the patches. Any suggestions?

I'll throw one addition to this issue. Apparently someone did install the MS
Intellepoint 5 driver for the wireless optical mouse that we use. After
working with msconfig, it turns out that that is what is causing the
problem. I've uninstalled it and it successfully goes into powersave mode.
